It is recommended that you commit to the eight session program (and receive a discount) though we are happy to see clients on an individual basis.

Private lessons are available for Yoga, Bicycling, Rollerblading and
running. Depending on skill level the Walking Program might be a
pre-requisite.

  I'm already a tall guy, but since I started the course, a number of friends and others who already knew me have asked me if I’m still growing, or remarked on suddenly noticing how tall I actually am. I know there’s a physical change because my head touches the top of the subway door frame. I considered yoga, exercise, gyms and those are all still interesting and worthwhile -- but the walking thing seemed so much more fundamental and necessary - Seth
