I used to prod myself out of
slouching, to pull my shoulders back and my
head up, and to force every other part of my
body into the place I thought it belonged. Jonathan’s
playful approach helped me to dislodge old patterns
and to find a more natural way to move -- simply
and economically, without constant adjustment.
About half-way through the program I noticed
that my daily practice of kneading away the
soreness in my feet, shins, thighs and glutes
was no longer necessary. Around the same time
I felt my energy level rise and at certain moments
I felt with particular clarity an energy propelling
me through space instead of my muscles or my
