Your psoas muscle is the main hip flexor of the body and the main engine of walking. It is essentially responsible for holding us upright while standing.

Issues with the psoas can lead to any number of problems throughout your body—both physical and emotional. Lower back pain and other joint discomfort as well as disturbances to the nervous system can be linked to the psoas.

You will learn about the Psoas and its core function within the body as well as how to release the psoas muscle for immediate relief from chronic pain.

Can I please just tell you all the changes I have noticed already
from our session in the park, please let me tell you: I ran for four miles yesterday(unfortunately on the treadmill) which I haven't really done in a while, !! I had no tingling in my feet (sometimes I start to feel tingling, a, not as severe as it sounds, numbness) and no nerve twinges in my second toe on my right side which I sometimes get. !! It felt really damn good to run and just like you said I find it easier to maintain a better Walking pattern after I've run. !! Kathleen
