The FitzGordon Method is designed
to free your joints for optimal function. Postural
misalignments and muscular imbalances lead to decreased

I'm already a tall guy, but
since I started the course, a number of friends
and others who already knew me have asked me
if I’m still growing, or remarked on suddenly
noticing how tall I actually am. I know there’s
a physical change because my head touches the
top of the subway door frame. I considered yoga,
exercise, gyms and those are all still interesting
and worthwhile -- but the walking thing seemed
